Join Louise Klimczak, a cherished long time member of Unity Spiritual Centre Windsor, and her daughter, Linda Skoyles, for the seminar “Developing Your Emotional Intelligence.” Louise is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, while Linda is an experienced Educational Consultant, and together they will guide you through this insightful session.
During this workshop you will:
• Explore the connections between your emotions and the physical response, and how they relate to health and wellbeing.
• Learn Emotional Intelligence Competencies and strategies that you can apply in your everyday life.
