I see you – Relational Presence in Practice: Presence is a specific relational stance in which one is engaged, open and vulnerable to another, in safe ways. Applying the technique of presence heightens empathy, deepens intimacy with and awareness of others, and helps strengthen social connections. In addition, practicing presence is a unique way to challenge ego conditioning, loneliness, isolation and feeling disconnected. Expect to build confidence while relating as together, we identify and strengthen our relational presence skills. This is a core relationship skills practice workshop also supportive of Reverend Old’s message, to be presented during today’s  Sunday Service (10:30 am).
