Part 3 — Releasing Attachment

Join local Artist Christine Paris to explore freedom and lightness through creative release. In this session, participants will paint stones with uplifting messages and release them into public spaces, bringing joy to others while practicing non-attachment. This activity encourages trust, playfulness, and the understanding that letting go of our creations allows space for both us and the world to benefit.

The focus is on process, presence, and the joy of release.

No art experience is required — this session is about exploring openness and the freedom that comes from letting go.
