Join Annette and Albert for a monthly meditation gathering!
These gatherings will begin with a short introduction with minimal instructions, followed by 30 minute silent meditation and short discussion.
All are welcome. There is no cost to join. Bring your meditation cushion (not required, chairs will be provided), with an open heart and mind!
