The Hero's Journey: An Odyssey of Inner Transformation

This seminar suggests that personalizing the motifs of the 'Hero's Journey' metaphor can help us evolve our consciousness. If adopted, this frame of reference will shift how we see ourself and our life circumstances. A fresh perspective can be obtained by re-authoring the inner scripts we have written to account for our identity and the events of our lives. As a result of aligning our autobiographical narratives so they fit better with the pattern found in the Hero's Journey story, we will become more authentic and altruistic.
