Class Schedule (all at 10:30 AM EST):
Monday – Chair Yoga: Gentle movement and breath with the support of a chair.
Tuesday – Balanced Yoga: A mix of movement, breath, balance, and strength with time to feel and integrate.
Thursday – Yin Yoga: Long-held stretches for deep release, easing stiffness, and inner integration.
