Join Devanni on Thursday mornings for Amrit Yoga classes. The Integrated Amrit Yoga method combines each pose with inward focus and meditative awareness. Yoga Nidra is a sleep based meditation technique that progressively takes you into a deeply relaxed state.

About the event
No Yoga experience is necessary to attend. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, small pillow and wear comfortable clothing.
The cost is $15 per class or $36 monthly. Classes are in person or on Zoom. You must be registered to receive the Zoom Link. Email Devanni at devanni 369@gmail.com to register.
