About the event
The integrated Amrit Method of Yoga combines each yoga pose with inward focus and meditative awareness. Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based meditation technique that progressively takes you into a deeply relaxed state where there are naturally fewer thoughts, quieting the brain waves.
